Our highly specialised search process produces a shortlist of candidates
within four weeks of commencing an assignment. We take a full assignment
brief and agree a target list of companies to research to identify the
individuals with the skills and experience you require. We then confidentially
approach the individuals and present your opportunity and screen and interview
interested candidates to produce a shortlist of 3-5 candidates for you
to consider. We present you with a brief profile on the candidate with
our comments together with a copy of their original CV. We co-ordinate
and support your selection process scheduling interviews and obtaining
feedback from candidates through each stage of your recruitment process.
We provide advice and guidance on employment offer terms and liaise between
you and the candidate to ensure the successful acceptance of your job
offer.
Advertised Selection
Advertising can attract a wide range of candidates and can be used as
a stand alone method or in combination with Search. Through our links
with Trade Press, newspapers, and online sources, we can select the most
appropriate coverage for your job vacancies. We can offer a comprehensive
suite of advertising including the professional, national and international
press.
We manage your campaign from inception to completion, taking a full brief
on your assignment and working closely with our appointed advertising
agency to write the copy and design your advertisement. All advertisements
can use your branding, our branding or can be co-branded. Once you approve
the advertisement we will then book the space and schedule your advertising.
We handle the response screening and interviewing candidates. We shortlist
the best providing you with a one page profile on the candidates and a
copy of their original CV.
We co-ordinate and support your selection process, scheduling interviews
and liaise with you and the candidates throughout the selection process
until the successful acceptance of your job offer.
Contingency Search
A Contingency search is a placement oriented service – a client
has the advantage of paying no fee until the position is filled. Our contingency
search is not just us checking our candidate database but involves us
actively searching for the individuals with the skills and experience
that you require.
We have a candidate database of over 10,000 jobseekers registered with
us and continually update and refresh these records. We keep in regular
contact with our candidates to ensure that they are interested in hearing
about new career opportunities. We search this database and subscribe
to a number of specialist databases which we also search for additional
candidates. We make extensive use of the latest web-enabled search technology
and our extensive network of HR contacts to identify additional potentially
suitable candidates not currently registered with us.
Once we have developed a list of 20 - 30 potential candidates we approach
them, brief them on your role and interview them to determine their suitability
for your role. We aim to provide you with 3 - 5 candidates within two
weeks and, if required, will continue to refer additional candidates,
as they become available until the search is filled or closed.

Our contingency search is most effective when we are given exclusivity
for 2 weeks to generate candidates and in return for this exclusivity

Recruitment Research
If you do not need a full search service but still want access to high
quality candidates who are not currently on the job market, we offer an
executive recruitment research service.
