In order to add value to your recruitment process, we need to understand
your needs as a company and specifically for the role for which you
are recruiting. We will invest time to ensure that we understand your
business, its organisational make-up, culture, strategic direction,
performance goals and competitive position. We will meet with you
to discuss the role, (a written job description is only a small part
of the picture) and see the environment into which we are recruiting.
We prepare, for your approval, a detailed client and candidate brief
on all assignments.
We assign a Search Director to you as account manager who is responsible
for the delivery of all elements of our service to you. They will
meet with you to take the brief for your role, prepare the proposal,
brief the researcher, interview candidates and manage the assignment
through to the negotiation and acceptance of your offer.
We provide you with a one page profile on each candidate together
with a copy of their original CV - we do not re-write applicant's
CVs as we believe that you are more interested in their ability to
communicate in writing than ours.
We expect full interview feedback from the interviewing manager on
the candidates we submit as soon as possible after the interview.
This improves our understanding of the candidate and also helps refine
our understanding of exactly what you want and need. We will provide
you with candidate’s feedback within 24 hours of their interview
and bring to your attention any concerns or issues raised by them.
